By using MyFooties or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the store.

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details so your order can reach you.

All prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and can change at any time before you complete checkout. Product photos are representative of the item; actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Stock is checked at checkout, but in rare cases an item can sell out before your order is confirmed. If that happens, we'll contact you to offer a similar item or a refund for that item.

Checkout accepts card payments and bank transfer through Paystack only. We don't accept payment on delivery.

Your order is confirmed once payment is verified. Our team may also call or WhatsApp you to confirm delivery details before dispatch.

Guest checkout is available. Discount codes, saved addresses, and order history are only available to signed-in customers, and one discount code can be applied per order.

Delivery fees are based on the region you select at checkout and are shown before you pay. Within Lagos, orders typically arrive within 24 hours; outside Lagos, delivery typically takes 3 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by your location or circumstances outside our control.

We accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your package. See our Shipping & Returns page for how to request one. Requests made after that window may not be accepted.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please use one account per person.

You agree not to place fraudulent orders, misuse discount codes, or attempt to interfere with, scrape, or abuse the store or its checkout, sign-in, or contact forms.

The MyFooties name, logo, and site content belong to MyFooties and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

MyFooties is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by delivery partners, payment providers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use MyFooties after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
