Delivery fees are based on the region you select at checkout and are shown in full before you pay, with no hidden charges added afterward.

Orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, using the contact details you provide at checkout. Please make sure your number is correct and reachable.

Within Lagos, orders are delivered within 24 hours of confirmation. Outside Lagos, delivery takes 3 working days. These are estimates and can vary.

If our delivery team can't reach you by phone or WhatsApp, or you're unavailable at the delivery address, we'll try to reschedule. Orders that remain unreachable after repeated attempts may be cancelled.

We accept returns and exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your package — including a change of mind, a sizing issue, or an item that arrived damaged or wrong.

We're not able to accept a return or exchange requested after the 24-hour window has passed. If you're unsure about sizing, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
